1. Ordering & Acceptance

By placing an order on the Ile Ewà Foods digital ordering platform, you confirm that all provided contact and delivery details are accurate. Orders become binding once online payment is confirmed by our gateway.

2. Delivery Estimates

Preparation times and delivery estimates displayed on the tracker are calculated based on kitchen queue and traffic conditions. While we strive to meet every promised estimate, external factors may occasionally cause slight delays.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Because our food is freshly cooked to order, cancellations are only permitted before the kitchen accepts and starts preparation. If an item becomes sold out after order placement, a full refund or suitable substitution will be offered.
