We collect your full name, WhatsApp phone number, optional email address, and delivery address solely for the purpose of fulfilling your food orders and sending automated status notifications.

2. Payment Security

We do not store your raw credit card numbers or banking passwords. All online payments are handled directly by PCI-DSS compliant Nigerian payment gateways.

3. Customer Consent

Transactional WhatsApp messages are sent strictly to communicate order status updates (Order Received, Accepted, Preparing, Dispatched, Delivered). Marketing communications are sent separately and require explicit consent.
